You will build deeper understanding and insight into the what/ why / when / how of the main practices of hatha yoga, including breathwork and meditation.
The workshop will include tips for taking your practice off the mat, setting up your own home practice or finding a regular class near you, to support your ongoing learning and practice.
Finish with teas, freshly ground coffee, delicious snacks and sweet treats. Plus time to chat or ask questions.
Your host, teacher & chef Lauren has been sharing yoga full time in the local area for 6+ years and practicing yoga & meditation for more than 20. She is a dedicated teacher who loves sharing the deeper aspects of this wonderful & beneficial practice.
