We The People Are The Work: Claire Fontaine, Peter Liversidge, Ciara Phillips, Matt Stokes, José Antonio Vega Macotela 22 September—18 November
We The People Are The Work is an ambitious project that is bringing together six internationally renowned artists, with five art venues across the city of Plymouth, to explore ideas of power, protest and the public.
Artists involved include Turner Prize nominee Ciara Phillips and Antonio Vega Macotela who is part of this year's Documenta.
We The People Are The Work will launch in conjunction with Plymouth Art Weekender, the UK's biggest art weekender, with a VIP Press Tour with a talk from exhibition curator and Director of Foreground Simon Morrissey that will visit all five venues. The tour will commence at 11am from Peninsula Arts at Plymouth University, and will finish at KARST at 3pm.
