A fun, hands-on workshop for adults curious to learn about puppetry. Jacolly Puppet Theatre is inviting a small group to their studio in Yelverton to meet and play with their puppets for a day which will include an introduction to making, staging and performing with Shadow, Rod, Hand & String puppets; (puppet) theatre-in-education; and the basic skills for animating each puppet type. The day will conclude with everyone giving their own mini shows.
The cost of £80 for the day includes VAT and light lunch & refreshments.
The village is served by a good bus service from Plymouth and there are B&Bs nearby.
