Join Alan our Pastry Chef and winner of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts Annual Awards of Excellence 2017 in this hands on introduction to chocolate.
The afternoon will start with the history of chocolate along with lots of tasting. Alan will explain and demonstrate the process of tempering chocolate and all the incredible things that can be done with it and you will get the chance to have a go as well.
During the class you will learn how to make a desert that you can replicate at home and wow any dinner guest.
£25.00 per person
At 6 pm we are hosting a two course meal - the desert being the one you have learnt to make. This meal will be £25 for anyone who has attended the masterclass and £30 for those who have not.
After your meal why not relax and unwind in our lounge by a roaring fire and lose yourself in the tranquillity of Endsleigh.
