Two solicitors from multisector law firm, GA Solicitors, have secured a hat-trick of specialist legal accreditations in their niche area of the law; wills, inheritance and trust disputes.
Anna Wonnacott is now a full member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists), making her one of just four solicitors in the city to have achieved this status.
Angelo Micciche has been made an associate member of ACTAPS and also an affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
ACTAPS is the leading association for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work and was established to enhance the specialist knowledge and expertise of practitioners working in this niche area.
STEP is the global professional association for practitioners specialising in family inheritance and succession planning, both in regards to contentious and non-contentious matters. Anna and Angelo are the only solicitors in Plymouth to be listed under the banner of contentious trusts and estates.
